Ohne natürliche Nacktheit keine befreite Sexualität
Nacktheit an sich ist „von Natur aus“ immer natürlich, denn es sind nur unsere Gedanken und die gesellschaftlichen Konditionierungen, welche sie in Zusammenhang mit anderen Themen bringen, wie zum Beispiel der Erregung öffentlichen Ärgernisses, Exhibitionismus, Scham oder Sexualität.
Wer sich nackt zeigen kann und schamlos ist, zeigt damit, dass er sich und seinen Körper liebt und bedingungslos annimmt und von außen kommenden Bewertungen keinerlei Bedeutung beimisst.
Und wer sich und seinen Körper wiederum bedingungslos liebt, zieht damit auch ebensolche Menschen in sein Leben und hat damit bereits einen großen Schritt zu einer von allen Konventionen und Verboten befreiten Sexualität getan, was die Grundlage für ein erfülltes und glückliches Leben ist.

Without natural nakedness no liberated sexuality.
Nakedness in itself is "by nature" always natural, because there are only our thoughts and the societal conditionings, which pull it together with other themes like indecent behaviour, exhibitionism, shame or sexuality.
Whoever can appear naked and is shameless, shows thereby, that he loves himself and his body and accepts it unconditionally and doesn´t ascribe estimations from the outside any meaning.
And whoever loves himself and his body unconditionally on the other hand, draws thereby the same people into his life and thereby has made a big step to a sexuality, that is liberated from all conventions and prohibitions, what the basis is for a fulfilled and joyful life.
